Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Guest Relations Executive (GRE) role located in Mumbai. The GRE will be responsible for welcoming and assisting clients, addressing inquiries and concerns, ensuring smooth client interactions, and promoting positive customer experiences. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams to facilitate seamless operations, as well as maintaining professional and courteous communication at all times.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to provide excellent customer service and foster positive relationships
• Ability to handle client inquiries and concerns effectively while providing timely solutions
• Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage interactions and documentation efficiently
• Basic understanding of administrative tasks, with attention to detail and professionalism
• Previous experience in real estate or guest relations preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai; flexibility to accommodate varying client needs
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in hospitality, customer relations, or a related field preferred
