Job Summary

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful designs that align with the brand's identity. This role involves designing marketing materials, product catalogs, digital assets, and promotional content to enhance the company's presence in the market. The Graphic Designer collaborates with the marketing and sales teams to deliver creative solutions that effectively showcase tile products and engage target customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Development of Marketing Materials:
  • Create visually engaging designs for brochures, product catalogs, flyers, and promotional materials.
  • Design product packaging, labels, and in-store display visuals that reflect the brand’s identity and appeal to customers.
  • Develop digital assets for social media, email marketing campaigns, and the company's website.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling advertisements and banners for online and offline use.
  • Branding & Visual Identity:
  • Maintain and enhance the brand’s visual identity across all marketing and communication materials.
  • Design logos, business cards, letterheads, and other corporate stationery that align with the brand guidelines.
  • Ensure consistency in branding across all visual elements and marketing campaigns.
  • Update and refine brand guidelines as needed to reflect current design trends and company direction.
  • Product Photography & Image Editing:
  • Collaborate with photographers to capture high-quality images of tile products, showroom setups, and installations.
  • Edit and retouch product photos for use in marketing materials, catalogs, and online platforms.
  • Create photo-realistic mockups and visualizations of tile designs in different settings to help customers envision product usage.
  • Digital Marketing Support:
  • Design engaging graphics for social media posts, stories, and ads to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Create visual content for the company’s website, including banners, sliders, and infographics.
  • Assist in developing visual assets for email newsletters, ensuring alignment with ongoing promotions and campaigns.
  • Trade Show & Event Materials:
  • Design promotional materials, banners, and booth displays for trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Collaboration & Feedback:
  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders into design revisions, ensuring the final product meets the desired specifications.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts and strategies for marketing campaigns.
  • Market Research & Trend Analysis:
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and software to keep the brand's visuals fresh and appealing.
  • Research competitor visuals and market trends in the tiles industry to inspire and improve the company’s design approach.
  • Suggest innovative design ideas to enhance the company’s branding and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, or similar tools.
  • Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.

Working Conditions
