Office: Hazratganj ( 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 2nd & 4th Saturdays and Sundays are Off)

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic & Motion Designer with proven expertise in creating visually stunning static graphics, animated videos, and motion content for digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will be equally skilled in design aesthetics and motion animation, with the ability to transform concepts into dynamic and impactful visuals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Graphic Design

Design high-quality creatives for digital campaigns, social media, print ads, and brand collaterals.

Develop visual identities, layouts, and infographics as per brand guidelines.

Work on packaging, brochures, presentations, and event creatives.

2. Motion Graphics & Video Animation

Create engaging 2D/3D motion graphics for ads, explainer videos, product demos, and social media content.

Animate typography, logo reveals, and transitions to enhance storytelling.

Work with video editors to integrate motion elements seamlessly.

3. Creative Concept Development

Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm campaign visuals.

Convert creative briefs into visually impactful static and motion content.

Ensure timely delivery of all design assets.

4. Technical & File Management

Maintain organized project files and follow version control protocols.

Export final assets in required formats optimized for platforms.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or related field.

2–4 years of professional experience in graphic and motion design.

Software Proficiency: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro (Figma and Cinema 4D/Blender are a plus).

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and animation fundamentals.

Ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising quality.

A creative mindset with a strong visual storytelling ability.
