Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-impact visuals and compelling video content that enhance Moduco’s brand presence across digital and print platforms. This role demands creativity, strong design fundamentals, video editing expertise, and an understanding of digital marketing practices. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop engaging content aligned with organizational goals.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Design and produce digital and print materials, including brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, presentations, and website visuals.

2. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing assets and communication channels.

3. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop innovative design concepts.

4. Present design concepts and final work to stakeholders for feedback and approval.

5. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

6. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

7. Plan, shoot (if required), and edit high-quality videos for promotional, corporate, educational, and social media use.

8. Create motion graphics, animations, and short reels that enhance audience engagement.

9. Maintain a library of brand video assets, raw footage, and templates.

10. Work with the sales and marketing teams to translate project concepts into compelling visual stories.

11. Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns through creative assets.

12. Analyze web and social media engagement to optimize content strategies.

13. Coordinate with the sales team to explore more effective content strategies for engaging target audiences.

14. Obtain regular updates from the sales team on the performance of online marketing efforts and lead generation.

15. Manage website visuals and maintain brand presence across social media platforms.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Communication Design, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor.

3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

4. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.

5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

6. Strong creativity with an eye for detail and storytelling.

7. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

8. Knowledge of modern design trends and content best practices.

9. Strong presentation skills to communicate design ideas effectively.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with web design and development.

2. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

3. Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.

4. Understanding of SEO requirements for visual and video content.

5. Experience in creating motion graphics and animations.

Working Conditions:

1. Full-time position, in an office environment.

2. May require occasional overtime.

3. Must be able to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
