Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

1) Creative Design & Development

• Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality visual content for both digital and print media (social media creatives, website banners, brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, presentations, etc.).
• Develop branding materials and ensure visual identity consistency across all communication platforms.
• Create illustrations, icons, infographics, and marketing collaterals that align with the company’s tone and brand style.

2) Digital Media & Marketing Support

• Design engaging creatives for social media campaigns, advertisements, newsletters, and email marketing.
• Work with the marketing team to design performance-driven visuals that enhance customer engagement.
• Adapt creatives into multiple formats for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

3) Collaboration & Communication

• Coordinate with marketing, content writers, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver impactful designs.
• Work closely with developers and product managers to design UI/UX components, web layouts, and promotional assets.
• Communicate ideas effectively and incorporate feedback into design improvements.

4) Branding & Innovation

• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure design consistency across all outputs.
• Research and stay updated with latest design trends, tools, techniques, and technologies.
• Suggest creative ideas to improve visual communication strategies.

5) File & Project Management

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
• Ensure timely delivery of creatives as per project timelines.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer (agency or corporate experience preferred).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Figma, or Canva.
• Basic knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro/After Effects) will be an added advantage.
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
