Franchise Sales Manger

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Performance Management:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Franchise Sales Executives.
• Set team targets, monitor performance, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to upskill the team.
• Review and improve sales pitch quality, negotiation approach, and follow-up efficiency.

Strategic Planning & Execution:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive franchise growth across key regions.
• Analyze market trends, identify high-potential territories, and guide the team accordingly.
• Collaborate with leadership on territory expansion plans and franchise onboarding processes.

Process Oversight & Reporting:

• Monitor and ensure effective execution of the end-to-end franchise sales process by the team — from lead generation to closure.
• Review sales funnels, conversion ratios, and team KPIs using CRM tools and reports.
• Present regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Cross-functional Coordination:

• Liaise with Marketing to align lead generation and brand positioning strategies.
• Work with Operations and Legal for smooth onboarding and contract execution.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 7–8 years of proven sales experience; franchise sales or B2B business development experience is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand and explain business models and investment structures.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
