Job Description – Senior Graphic Designer (Hybrid)

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This role blends design innovation with strategic brand storytelling, requiring expertise across digital, print, and motion graphics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute high-quality creative assets for websites, social media, presentations, branding, marketing campaigns, and product designs.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and tech teams to deliver visually engaging concepts aligned with business goals.
• Design for multi-channel campaigns (digital ads, brochures, infographics, video storyboards, UI/UX design elements).
• Maintain brand consistency while experimenting with new design trends, tools, and styles.
• Handle end-to-end design execution – from brainstorming to final delivery.
• Support the creation of pitch decks, client proposals, and case studies with impactful visuals.
• Collaborate with external vendors (printers, illustrators, animators) when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design (preferably in IT, SaaS, consulting, advertising, or digital agencies).
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital design, marketing collaterals, and motion graphics.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma/Sketch, Canva, CorelDRAW.
• Experience in UI/UX design or 3D visualization (preferred).
• Understanding of digital marketing principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a hybrid environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have (Optional, but Valuable)

• Experience with AR/VR/XR design elements.
• Knowledge of motion design & video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut).
• Exposure to enterprise branding & B2B marketing.
