Job Description – Senior Graphic Designer (Hybrid) Company: XRDigitech Global Pvt. Ltd. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This role blends design innovation with strategic brand storytelling , requiring expertise across digital, print, and motion graphics. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute high-quality creative assets for websites, social media, presentations, branding, marketing campaigns, and product designs . Collaborate with marketing, product, and tech teams to deliver visually engaging concepts aligned with business goals. Design for multi-channel campaigns (digital ads, brochures, infographics, video storyboards, UI/UX design elements). Maintain brand consistency while experimenting with new design trends, tools, and styles. Handle end-to-end design execution – from brainstorming to final delivery. Support the creation of pitch decks, client proposals, and case studies with impactful visuals. Collaborate with external vendors (printers, illustrators, animators) when required. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design (preferably in IT, SaaS, consulting, advertising, or digital agencies ). Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital design, marketing collaterals, and motion graphics . Proficiency in industry-standard tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma/Sketch, Canva, CorelDRAW . Experience in UI/UX design or 3D visualization (preferred). Understanding of digital marketing principles, typography, and color theory . Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a hybrid environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Nice to Have (Optional, but Valuable) Experience with AR/VR/XR design elements . Knowledge of motion design & video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut).
