Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can design engaging newsletters, impactful infographics, and visually appealing content for social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals, and experience in creating content tailored to different digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Newsletter Design
• Design visually engaging newsletters aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure design supports content and campaign goals.

• Infographics Creation:
• Develop infographics to simplify complex data or information into easy-to-understand visuals.
• Ensure consistency in style, color, and branding across all graphics

• Social Media Design (SNS):
• Create engaging posts, banners, stories, reels thumbnails, and ad creatives for social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
• Adapt content formats for various platforms while maintaining brand identity.

• Brand Consistency:
• Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all design assets.
• Follow company brand guidelines and contribute to evolving brand aesthetics.

• Collaboration & Innovation:
• Work closely with marketing, content, and communications teams.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or equivalent tools.
• Knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Experience in social media content creation and platform-specific requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
