Key Responsibilities

Branding & Identity

• Design company logos and ensure consistent brand identity across materials.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines (color palettes, typography, icon styles).

Marketing & Promotion

• Design posters, flyers, brochures for events, campaigns, and digital marketing.
• Create engaging social media creatives, web banners, and advertisements.

Product & Packaging

• Design product labels, packaging, and promotional kits for market readiness.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to match design with customer preferences.

Application & UI Design

• Design user-friendly and visually appealing application UI elements.
• Work with developers to ensure designs align with functionality requirements.

Client-Centric Customization

• Understand client needs for custom branding and marketing materials.
• Adapt existing templates or design from scratch to meet specific requirements.

Hands-On Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with design trends and tools.
• Improve workflows to maintain quality while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing logo, posters, flyers, brochures, packaging, and UI designs.
• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW, Figma, or equivalent).
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work to deadlines.
• Local candidates who can work on-site at our Panagudi office preferred.
• Passionate and self-motivated individuals encouraged to apply.
