Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer at Voxlom Innovative Solution Pvt Ltd, you will play a key role in transforming ideas into impactful visual experiences. You will be responsible for a wide range of design tasks including branding & identity, marketing & promotion, product & packaging design, application & UI design, client-centric customization, and hands-on collaboration with various teams. In the realm of branding & identity, you will be tasked with designing company logos and ensuring consistent brand identity across various materials. Additionally, you will develop and maintain brand guidelines encompassing color palettes, typography, and icon styles. Your role will also involve crafting marketing materials such as posters, flyers, brochures for events, campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives. You will create engaging social media creatives, web banners, and advertisements to captivate the target audience. For product & packaging design, you will be responsible for designing product labels, packaging, and promotional kits to prepare products for the market. Collaboration with the marketing team will be essential to align design with customer preferences effectively. In the realm of application & UI design, you will create user-friendly and visually appealing application UI elements. Close collaboration with developers will be necessary to ensure designs align with functionality requirements seamlessly. Understanding client needs for custom branding and marketing materials will be a crucial aspect of your role. You will adapt existing templates or design from scratch to meet specific client requirements effectively. Your day-to-day work will involve close collaboration with marketing, product, and development teams. Participation in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas will be encouraged to foster innovation within the team. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer and a strong portfolio showcasing various design elements. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW, Figma, or equivalent is required. Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work within deadlines are essential qualities for success in this position.
