Role Description

This full-time on-site role, located in Mohali district, is for a Business Development Manager. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategic plans to expand market presence. Daily tasks include researching market trends, preparing proposals, pitching to potential clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves tracking sales metrics, meeting revenue goals, and contributing to the company's overall growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in business development, lead generation, and client relationship management
• Strategic planning and market analysis abilities with a proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and other tools for organizing and managing client interactions
• Experience working in the IT, technology, or digital solutions industry is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
