About the role

We're looking for a creative Designer & Editor who lives and breathes visuals - equally comfortablecrafting scroll-stopping social posts and cutting slick short-form videos. You'll collaboratewith Marketing and Product to ship high-quality content at startup speed.

What you'll do

  • Design static and motion assets for social media content & ads for (IG, LinkedIn,Facebook, and YouTube), website, and graphic design collaterals.
  • Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) and long-form videos for YouTube.
  • Create thumbnails, carousels, and storyboards aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Understanding of multiple aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) and platforms layout.
  • Track trends and propose content ideas using current social formats and sounds.
  • Manage project files, versioning, and exports; maintain an organized asset library.

Must-have qualifications

  • Prior creative experience of at least 1 2 years in graphic design and videoediting.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design (layout, typography, color) and videoediting (story, pacing).
  • Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suiteespecially Illustrator, Photoshop,Premiere Pro; plus After Effects or DaVinci Resolve for motion graphics.
  • Comfortable with Canva for quick-turn social assets.
  • Basic motion graphics skills (animations, transitions).
  • Familiar with AI prompt engineering for creative workflows.
  • Up-to-date with social media trends, platform best practices, codecs, and exportsettings.
  • Strong attention to detail, speed, and ability to take feedback.

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of marketing & analytics tools: SEMrush, Meta AdsManager, Google Ads, Google Analytics
  • Illustration/iconography skills; Figma familiarity.

Tools you'll use

Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects/DaVinci Resolve, Canva, Google Drive,Figma (optional), AI tools; Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (exposure a plus).
