Part 1 — Agency Full-Time Job Opportunity

We’re hiring a Gen-Z-coded Video Editor for our creative agency!

This is a great fit for someone looking for stability, structure, and a fun, creative work environment.

Work Structure

• Hybrid role

• 3 days in-office (Hauz Khas, Delhi)

• 2 days WFH

• Weekends Off (Sat–Sun)

• Full-time position with consistent workflow and team support

What You’ll Do

• Edit high-quality, fast-paced, Gen-Z-friendly videos

• Work on client projects, campaigns, and social media edits

• Collaborate with the creative team for ideation and execution

Required Skills

• Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or Illustrator

• Strong sense of pacing, trends, and aesthetic suitable for Gen-Z content

• Basic motion graphics is a plus

Who You Are

• Creative, experimental, and up-to-date with reels/TikTok trends

• Comfortable working in a structured environment but still bringing your vibe

• Reliable with deadlines and teamwork
