We’re Hiring: Graphic & Motion Graphic Designer (3–5 Years Experience)
TigerMonk is looking for a versatile and creative Graphic & Motion Graphic Designer to join our team in Pune. This role is perfect for someone who can think visually, design with purpose, and bring ideas to life across static and motion formats.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, and product marketing
• Create motion graphics for videos, reels, and product demos
• Design presentations, pitch decks, and branded communication materials
• Develop consistent branding assets for internal and external communication
• Work closely with the content, video, and marketing teams to deliver compelling visuals
• Support in packaging design, thumbnails, title cards, and on-screen graphics for video publications
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in graphic and motion design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of static, animated, and branded design work
• Experience designing for video formats, social media, and digital platforms
• Ability to manage multiple projects, take feedback, and meet deadlines
• A good understanding of visual storytelling and brand consistency
