This role is ideal for someone with a strong sense of design aesthetics, a deep understanding of branding principles, and hands-on expertise in both traditional and AI-powered design tools. As part of our innovative creative unit, you will conceptualize and execute visuals that align with client objectives and modern design trends.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute visual concepts that effectively communicate brand messages to target audiences.
• Utilize both traditional design software and AI-enhanced tools to produce engaging content.
• Collaborate with the creative team to maintain brand consistency across all designs.
• Adapt graphics for various platforms, including digital, print, and responsive web.
• Stay current with industry trends, particularly in AI-driven design automation and innovation.
• Translate creative briefs into visually appealing assets that drive results.

Requirements & Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Graphic Design with a focus on branding.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CorelDRAW.
• Strong grasp of design principles, colour theory, typography, and composition.
• AI Tools Proficiency (Preferred):
• Familiarity with tools like Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Midjourney, DALLE, Runway ML, or similar for design ideation and execution.
• Ability to leverage generative AI to enhance speed and quality of design production.
• Print & Digital Expertise: Understanding of print media requirements and responsive design practices.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• A degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Knowledge of logo design, illustration, and current creative trends.
• A growth mindset with a passion for innovation and storytelling through design.
