About The Opportunity

A high-velocity player in the lifestyle retail and e-commerce design sector, we craft visual identities, multimedia campaigns, and immersive digital assets that elevate consumer experiences across web, mobile, and print. Our creative studio blends trend-driven aesthetics with data-backed insights to deliver impactful storytelling and measurable brand lift.

Role & Responsibilities

Transform creative briefs into on-brand visuals for social, web, print, and packaging.
Produce pixel-perfect layouts, illustrations, icons, and infographics that enhance user engagement.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and merchandising teams to align visuals with campaign goals.
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Prepare final artworks for production, managing colour profiles, bleed, and export specs.
Stay ahead of design trends, proposing fresh concepts and rapid iterations.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have: 2-4 years professional design experience; mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; strong typography, colour, and layout fundamentals; portfolio showcasing multi-channel campaigns; ability to work on-site in India and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred: After Effects or Premiere exposure; basic HTML/CSS understanding; familiarity with lifestyle or fashion brands; motion graphics or 3D skills.

6 months to 2 years of experience in graphic design

Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (basic Premiere Pro is a plus)
Understanding of layouts, colors, typography, and visual balance
Should have their own laptop
