As the Indian technology partner, we’re creating cutting-edge brand experiences and are looking for a talented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our dynamic team in Kolkata!

Role: Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Location: Park Circus, Kolkata (On-site position)

Experience: 2–3 years in Graphic design / Video editing

Your Opportunity to Shape Brand Experiences:

You’ll be contributing to Automate Accelerator’s B2B client projects, working with a global team to create high-quality visual and video content that supports brand and marketing goals.

Essential Skills

• 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design and/or video editing
• Experience working with AI tools and automation (Compulsory)
• Strong graphic design fundamentals (Layout, Typography, Color Theory, Branding)
• Basic to intermediate video editing skills (reels, short videos, marketing clips)
• Experience working on B2B or brand-focused projects
• Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
• Ability to follow brand guidelines accurately
• Good communication skills and team collaboration

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Adobe Software, Figma, Canva. Experience with AI tools to create social media marketing posts, Realistic Video Generation Tools.
• Knowledge of motion graphics or animated creatives
• Understanding of digital marketing creatives
• Experience designing marketing and sales collateral
• Strong social media design skills
• Experience creating engaging social media posts, ads, and short videos
• Portfolio showcasing graphic and/or video work

What You’ll Do

• Design high-quality graphics for B2B marketing and branding
• Create social media posts, ads, and campaign creatives Optimise LinkedIn profiles and create LinkedIn posts for our client.
• Edit short-form videos for social media and marketing use
• Collaborate with global teams on brand and marketing projects
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets
• Adapt designs and videos based on feedback
• Support ongoing marketing and brand initiatives with creative content

Work Schedule

• Full-time position: 5:30 AM – 02:30 PM IST ( Must work from our Park Circus office)
• Office Address: Cegura Building, 3rd Floor, 9 Syed Amir Ali Ave, Park Circus, Ballygunge, Kolkata – 700017 (Near Zishan Restaurant)
