Job Title: Graphic Designer (3+ Years Experience)

Position Summary:

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with 3 years of professional experience to join our creative team. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for a wide range of digital and print media, including marketing materials, websites, social media content, branding, and more. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a creative environment and is ready to take on more responsibility in designing impactful visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Produce high-quality visual assets for digital and print platforms (websites, email campaigns, social media, advertisements, brochures, etc.).
• Brand Development: Assist in the development and maintenance of brand identities for clients and internal projects, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and copywriters, to develop compelling designs that align with project goals.
• Conceptualization: Create mood boards, storyboards, and design concepts that effectively communicate the vision and message of each project.
• Client Interaction: Communicate with clients (if applicable) to understand design needs, provide progress updates, and make revisions based on feedback.
• Design Tools Expertise: Utilize industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.) to produce high-quality and polished designs.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects with varying deadlines while maintaining a strong attention to detail and design integrity.
• Quality Control: Ensure all designs adhere to design principles, client requirements, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of graphic design experience, ideally in a professional or agency setting.
• Education: Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design software (Sketch, Figma, etc.).
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design work across different mediums (print, web, social media, etc.) with a focus on creativity and technical skill.
• Creativity & Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and solve design problems with a strong understanding of design principles.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring all designs are pixel-perfect and meet quality standards.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design.
• Knowledge of web design principles, HTML/CSS, and responsive design.
• Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
• Familiarity with print production processes and specifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
