Position Overview

We’re looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. In this role, you’ll take the lead on conceptualizing and designing content for Sanz Serif’s social media channels—from posts and stories to reels and campaign visuals. You’ll translate our studio’s voice into engaging, scroll-stopping design while maintaining a consistent aesthetic across platforms.

Beyond social, you’ll also collaborate with the Creative Director and team on ongoing branding projects, helping bring ideas to life through visuals that reflect our studio’s creative spirit.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging visual content for

  Sanz Serif’s social media

  —including posts, reels, stories, and campaign visuals that reflect our brand tone and aesthetic.
• Plan and design

  social media calendars

  in collaboration with the team to build a consistent and creative online presence.
• Support the Creative Director in shaping

  brand visuals and campaign narratives

  for both studio promotions and client features.
• Keep the studio’s content fresh by experimenting with

  trends, motion, and storytelling formats

  that enhance engagement.
• Uphold brand consistency while exploring new ways to visually express the studio’s creative personality.

Requirements

• Proficiency in

  Adobe Creative Suite

  (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and

  Canva

  ; experience with

  XD or After Effects

  is a plus.
• A strong portfolio showcasing

  branding, digital, and social media design work

  .
• Good understanding of

  typography, color, layout, and visual storytelling

  across different formats.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to

  explain design thinking and collaborate effectively

  .

• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented

  —comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced creative environment.

Brownie Points:

• Knowledge of animation or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Familiarity with Figma is a plus.
