What You’ll Do

• Create engaging social media posts and campaigns that match Buildskill’s design language and brand voice.
• Video Editing skills for short-form content like reels, shorts etc., are a plus.
• Plan visuals, layouts, and graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more, adapting to platform trends and audience expectations.
• Work hands-on with design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar to bring ideas to life quickly and creatively.
• Research competitors and trends for design inspiration and report what’s pushing engagement.
• Build and maintain a strong portfolio of agency or brand work (mandatory for consideration).
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and product teams for cohesive storytelling.
• Stay up to date on the latest social media basics, i.e., visual formats, sizing, and interaction trends.

Who You Are

• 2–3 years’ experience designing for social media, ideally with an agency or brand.
• Fluent in modern design language, layout, and platform requirements.
• Proficient with design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
• Strong aesthetic sense, creative ideation, and confidence to adapt as trends shift.
• Must have a portfolio of past social media design work.
• Great at collaborating with teams under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
