👩🏻‍💻 Responsibilities:

• Lead Brand Strategy: Develop and execute brand strategies for clients across various industries, with a focus on identity, and authenticity.
• Client Consultation: Be the strategic partner clients trust, from first call to final delivery.
• Market Research & Insight: Translate audience, category, and competitor research into brand opportunities.
• Project Management: Drive timelines, scope, and cross-functional coordination to keep projects running smoothly.

• Business Development:
• Identify new business opportunities aligned with our niche and strengths
• Build and nurture relationships with potential clients
• Craft pitch decks, proposals, and presentations
• Represent the agency at relevant events, meetings, and through online visibility

👩🏻‍🎓 Qualifications:

• 1+ years in brand strategy or business development (branding/design agency experience preferred)
• A mix of creative instinct and business acumen
• Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills
• Confidence in owning client conversations and new business pitches
• A portfolio or track record of brand strategy + growth-driving work
