We need a Graphic Designer cum Social Media Expert will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics and managing our social media channels. This role requires a creative individual with a keen eye for design and a deep understanding of social media trends and strategies. Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design: Create visually stunning graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media. Design marketing materials, including brochures, banners, social media posts, advertisements, and website visuals. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns. Ensure consistency in brand identity and guidelines across all design projects. Edit and retouch images to maintain high-quality standards. Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Manage and maintain social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner. Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to track performance and optimize strategies. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager or similar role. Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools. Strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills and social media content. Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices. Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content tailored to different social media platforms. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of SEO and online marketing principles is a plus.
