Role and Responsibilities:

1. Design Platform-Specific Visuals

Develop engaging static and motion graphics including posts, carousels, reels, stories, thumbnails, and GIFs optimized for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.

2. Visually Express Brand Voice

Ensure all creatives embody HyFun’s brand personality – quirky, bold, vibrant, and clean – across every design piece.

3. Content Calendar Alignment

Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create on-brand visuals for regular posts, campaigns, contests, product launches, and promotions.

4. Trend-Based Creativity

Stay updated with current design and social media trends (fonts, color palettes, motion styles) and integrate them into visual content while preserving brand consistency.

5. Visual Consistency & Quality

Maintain a high standard of design, ensuring attention to detail in typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

6. Multi-Channel Design Support

Support broader design needs such as packaging, print collaterals, and in-store branding as required, ensuring seamless brand experience across customer touchpoints.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with copywriters, video editors, content strategists, and external agencies to ensure consistency and cohesion across all deliverables.

8. Asset Management

Organize, manage, and archive all design assets in a structured manner for easy accessibility and reuse.
