Graphic Designer & SMO Specialist

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with expertise in Social Media Optimization (SMO) to join our team. This role requires a blend of visual design skills and social media strategy to strengthen our digital presence, enhance brand identity, and drive online engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality designs for social media, websites, campaigns, and marketing collateral.
• Conceptualize and create visually appealing graphics, banners, infographics, reels, and ad creatives.
• Manage and optimize company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to increase visibility and follower engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaign strategies and implement them effectively.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated on design trends, social media algorithms, and emerging tools.

Required Skills

• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, or equivalent tools.
• Hands-on knowledge of social media optimization (SMO), content scheduling, and analytics tools.
• Creative thinking with a strong eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Knowledge of basic video editing (Premiere Pro / After Effects) will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Digital Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven work experience in Graphic Design & Social Media Marketing/SMO.
• A portfolio showcasing creativity and impactful design work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,022.94 - ₹25,489.68 per month
