client experiences. We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer (2D & 3D) to join our creative team and

bring our real estate vision to life through advanced design, motion graphics, and multimedia content.

Role Overview

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating impactful visual assets across static, motion, and 3D

formats. This role requires expertise in advanced design tools, integration of AI-driven creative solutions, and

hands-on experience in video production. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative eye, technical

proficiency, and the ability to translate real estate concepts into compelling visuals.

Key Responsibilities

 Design and develop 2D & 3D graphics for marketing campaigns, brochures, presentations, and digital

platforms.

 Create motion graphics, animations, and video content tailored to real estate projects.

 Conduct video shooting and editing for promotional and project-related content.

 Integrate AI tools into the design workflow to enhance creativity and efficiency.

 Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to deliver visually engaging assets aligned with brand

strategy.

 Maintain consistency in design language across all social and digital platforms and campaigns.

 (Nice-to-have) Support website development and design for project microsites and digital campaigns.

Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field.

 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design (real estate industry preferred).

 Advanced proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Blender/3ds Max, After Effects,

Premiere Pro, etc.).

 Hands-on experience with AI-based design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, etc.).

 Strong portfolio showcasing static, motion, and 3D design work.

 Expertise in video shooting and editing.

 Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

 Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

 Work from Office, Gurugram (6 days/week).
