Role Overview

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and brand-consistent designs for digital and print media. The role involves developing creative concepts, supporting marketing campaigns, and delivering high-quality visual communication materials that enhance brand identity and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Design & Development

• Design digital creatives including social media posts, banners, ads, presentations, and infographics.
• Create print materials such as brochures, catalogues, packaging, standees, and event branding.
• Develop engaging visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Adapt designs to multiple platforms and sizes.

2. Brand Communication

• Maintain consistency with brand identity across all design outputs.
• Support the marketing team with visuals for product promotions, campaigns, and events.
• Ensure all designs follow the company’s color palette, fonts, and visual style.

3. Image Editing & Artwork Preparation

• Edit product photos, retouch images, and create mockups.
• Prepare and finalize artwork for print, ensuring correct formats, resolutions, and specifications.
• Manage and organize design files, templates, and creative assets.

4. Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with marketing, R&D, merchandising, and product teams to understand creative needs.
• Coordinate with external printers, vendors, and agencies for production-related requirements.
• Take creative briefs, refine ideas, and deliver quality outputs within timelines.

Qualifications & Skills Required

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (freshers with strong portfolios can also apply).

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, and Canva.
• Understanding of color theory, typography, and design principles.
• Knowledge of print production and file formatting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
