Job Description

POSITION TITLE: Graphic Designer

Location: Hyderabad


Reports to: Creative Lead


OVERVIEW

The Graphic Designer will utilize good design acumen and branding practices to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and internal documents. They should be able to work well individually and as part of a team, and must be incredibly open to feedback. The ideal candidate will have B2B or professional services experience. They will be creative, self-motivated, detail-obsessed, and understand the role well-thought-out creative plays in supporting marketing objectives. They will have experience creating visuals in all formats, preferably in a corporate marketing team setting.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Create projects such as website and social images, homepage banners, LinkedIn carousel posts, email campaigns, digital ads, infographics, and presentations (e.g., pitch decks, quarterly business reviews, brand guideline decks).

Create visual elements such as illustrations, infographics, and icons to support the overall design

Present designs and concepts to business stakeholders for feedback and revisions

Manage multiple projects and deadlines, and ensure that final designs meet the strategic

objectives

Prepare final design files for development and production

Demonstrate a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality graphic deliverables that meet client requirements and exceed expectations

Ensure all work meets brand standards, including voice, and quality control guidelines

Contribute to the creative process by bringing innovative ideas and creative solutions to the table, contributing to the overall success of the design team

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines, and delivering projects on time and within budget

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project goals, gather feedback, and incorporate revisions to achieve the desired creative vision

Collaborate with colleagues within the marketing services hub, including other designers, video editors, and content creators, to conceptualize and execute design projects that align with brand guidelines and project objectives

Engage in professional development to continuously grow in your profession and remain competitive within the industry


SKILLS

Expertise with Adobe InDesign, Firefly, Photoshop and Illustrator, Adobe Express

Strong knowledge of Google Docs and Google Slides

Accuracy and attention to detail

Keen eye for design and aesthetics

Organized and can prioritize effectively

Excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas

Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

A degree/diploma in Design, Marketing or a related field or relevant experience

3+ years prior experience as a Graphics Designer as well as a strong portfolio of sample projects

Portfolio of work showcasing a diverse range of samples in a variety of formats required

External agency experience desired.

In-house agency / corporate experience preferred
