Job Description

QUALIFICATION : Must be tech savvy Key Responsibilities: Concept Development & Mockups Develop design concepts, layouts, and mockups for client approval. Visualize ideas through sketches, digital illustrations, or prototypes. Jersey & Pattern Design Design custom sports jerseys, apparel, and textile patterns. Ensure accurate placement of logos, colors, and typography per brand guidelines. Prepare production-ready files and mockups for manufacturers. Customer Communication Interact with clients to understand design needs, objectives, and preferences. Present drafts, gather feedback, and revise designs accordingly. Maintain clear and timely communication throughout the project lifecycle. Banner & Promotional Material Design Create eye-catching banners, posters, and advertisements for events or marketing campaigns. Adapt designs for various platforms including social media, web, and print. Brand Identity Support Ensure design consistency across all outputs in line with the brand’s identity. Assist with logo creation, typography selection, and visual branding elements. File Management & Production Deliver high-quality, print-ready, and web-optimized files in required formats. Work with vendors or print shops to ensure final product quality. Time & Project Management Handle multiple projects with competing deadlines efficiently. Maintain organized records of design drafts, client feedback, and final assets. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,218.20 - ₹40,118.51 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Pathankot, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Graphic design: 4 years (Preferred) Expected Start Date: 20/05/2025
