Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designers to join our team. As a fresher or 0-3 years experienced, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a talented group of designers, developers, and project managers. Your role will involve designing intuitive user interfaces and crafting seamless user experiences to help deliver engaging websites.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create engaging designs for flyers, brochures, social media posts, websites, banners, and other many other marketing materials.
• Develop concepts and visuals in line with brand guidelines and project requirements.
• Assist with designing logos, presentations, infographics, and other visual assets.
• Collaborate with the marketing and project management teams to produce high-quality designs.
• Revise and refine designs based on feedback and project needs.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices.
• Ensure timely delivery of design tasks and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field OR Certification in graphic design courses is a plus.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
• Creativity: Strong sense of design, colour theory, typography, and composition.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to create polished, high-quality work.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn new tools and design techniques.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to present ideas clearly.
• Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Collaboration: Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to take constructive feedback.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Morning shift
• Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Overtime pay
