Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and produce

  visual assets

  for digital channels (social media posts, banners, web creatives) and

  print collateral

  (brochures, flyers, posters).
• Maintain and apply

  brand guidelines

  to ensure consistency across all media.
• Collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to understand design requirements and translate them into compelling visuals.
• Develop

  logos, illustrations, layouts

  , and other creative assets based on project briefs.
• Prepare and present

  design drafts

  , iterate based on feedback, and finalize deliverables within deadlines.
• Stay updated with

• Organize and manage design files and assets efficiently.

Skills & Tools Required:

✔ Adobe Photoshop

✔ Adobe Illustrator

✔ Adobe InDesign

✔ Strong layout, typography, and colour theory skills

✔ Portfolio demonstrating creativity and design range

Desirable:

Experience with CorelDRAW, Canva or Figma

Basic video editing or motion graphics skills

Understanding of web graphics and UI basics

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree

  in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Aepc India

• 1–3 years of relevant experience
