Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize and design innovative, attractive, and functional packaging for pharmaceutical products in alignment with brand guidelines and industry standards. Collaborate with the product development and marketing teams to understand design requirements, product positioning, and target audience preferences. Develop high-quality graphic designs using CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical packaging regulations and standards, including layout, typography, and labeling requirements. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining quality and creativity. Stay updated on design trends, packaging innovations, and competitive market aesthetics to continually enhance design output. Prepare print-ready files and liaise with printing vendors to ensure accurate and high-quality reproduction of designs. Qualifications and Skills: Experience: 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry. Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator; familiarity with other design tools like Photoshop is a plus. Creativity: A strong portfolio showcasing creativity and expertise in packaging design. Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail with an understanding of layout and typography. Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
