• Conceptualize and design visual content for digital, print, and social media platforms.
• Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all visual communications.
• Create marketing materials such as brochures, banners, infographics, and presentations.
• Design visuals for web and mobile interfaces, ensuring user-centric and aesthetic layouts.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to translate ideas into visual designs.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas.
• Execute creative concepts that align with the company’s marketing strategy and branding.
• Produce visually engaging graphics for ads, campaigns, and digital assets.
• Work with UI/UX and web developers to ensure cohesive brand integration.
• Prepare final design files for production, ensuring accuracy and print-readiness.
• Support video editing and motion design projects when required.
• Maintain a design library and assist in asset organization for future use.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in a design or creative role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD/Figma).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience with branding and marketing material design.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or collaboratively.
• Attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and composition.
• Portfolio showcasing a range of design work (branding, digital, and print).
• Experience in motion graphics or video editing.
• Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other design collaboration tools.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• Exposure to social media marketing and creative campaign development.
• Experience working with startups or digital marketing agencies.
