Position Overview:
We are looking for a versatile and highly creative Graphic Designer with expertise in branding, print, advertising, and packaging design to join our dynamic team at NVIU. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a deep understanding of visual storytelling, and the ability to create compelling designs across multiple formats. This role requires a designer who can develop and execute branding concepts, print materials, advertising visuals, and packaging solutions while ensuring consistency and innovation.
Key Responsibilities: Branding & Identity Design:
- Develop and maintain brand identities, including logo design, typography, color palettes, and visual guidelines.
- Create brand assets for digital and print use, including business cards, letterheads, brand books, and marketing materials.
- Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints, both online and offline.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to define and evolve brand strategies for clients and internal projects.
Print Design & Production:
- Design brochures, flyers, posters, catalogs, business reports, and other marketing collateral.
- Prepare print-ready files, ensuring proper colour management, resolution, and format.
- Work with printers and vendors to oversee production quality and ensure accurate execution of designs.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in print media.
Advertising & Digital Marketing Design:
- Create eye-catching advertisements for online and offline campaigns, including social media ads, billboards, banners, and magazines.
- Design visual assets for websites, email marketing, social media, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with copywriters and marketing teams to develop engaging ad concepts.
- Optimize designs for different platforms, ensuring high-quality visual performance across all digital media.
Packaging Design:
- Develop innovative and functional packaging designs that enhance product appeal and brand recognition.
- Create dielines, mockups, and 3D renders to showcase packaging concepts.
- Select materials, finishes, and printing techniques to optimize packaging durability and aesthetics.
- Ensure all packaging meets regulatory and industry standards.
- Research market trends and consumer preferences to create impactful packaging solutions.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in graphic design with expertise in branding, print, advertising, and packaging.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and composition.
- Ability to create high-quality, print-ready files and work with printers.
- Knowledge of advertising principles and marketing strategies.
- Experience with packaging design, including structural considerations and production techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- A strong creative portfolio showcasing work across branding, print, advertising, and packaging.
Desirable Traits:
- Passion for storytelling through design and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs and client feedback.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Ai, Corel, Figma, In-design, (Blender, Aftereffect, ) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
