Role Description

As a Graphic Designer at NIRMAAN Bharat 1.0, you will be at the heart of how the hackathon looks, feels, and connects with people.

You’ll create the visuals that inspire students, impress partners, and give a visual identity to one of India’s largest innovation movements.

Your role will include:

• Designing event branding elements – logo adaptations, themes, style guides.
• Creating Instagram posts, stories, reels templates, and LinkedIn creatives.
• Designing banners, stage backdrops, ID cards, certificates, merchandise (T-shirts, stickers, goodies).
• Building templates for announcements, speaker and mentor profiles, schedules, and results posts.
• Supporting web and app UI design in collaboration with the tech team.
• Delivering creative assets for outreach (e.g., posters for campus ambassadors, partner decks, sponsorship kits).
• Ensuring consistent brand identity across all channels, online and offline.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in tools like Figma / Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / Canva.
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, typography, and color schemes.
• Ability to create clean, modern, and adaptable designs for multiple platforms.
• Experience in designing marketing assets for events (posters, banners, merchandise) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and deliver on tight timelines.
• A creative mindset to think beyond templates and bring fresh energy to India’s biggest hackathon.
