Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer Location: Bengaluru (Full-time in office) Experience: 0–1 year About Mygate: Mygate is India’s leading community management app, trusted by thousands of gated communities to streamline security, accounting, communication, and more. We believe in combining smart tech with great design to make life simpler and more secure for residents and RWA admins alike. Role overview: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our in-house design team. As part of our dynamic marketing and product communication team, you will help craft visuals for social media, digital campaigns, internal communications, presentations, and more. Key responsibilities: Design engaging creatives for digital and social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, etc). Support in creating marketing collaterals like posters, banners, brochures, and event branding, etc. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and bring fresh visual ideas to the table. Ensure brand consistency across all assets. Work closely with the branding and content team to understand requirements and deliver quality designs within deadlines. Requirements: 0–1 year of relevant design experience (internships or freelance work count). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or Figma/Canva. A strong portfolio showcasing design range and understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color Good communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle feedback and work in a fast-paced environment. Nice to have: Basic animation or video editing knowledge (After Effects/Premiere Pro). Interest or exposure to UI/UX designing.
