Description
1. Social Media Content Creation
Design monthly social media posts for My Wines and Spirits' Instagram handle.
Develop creative content, including graphics, animations, and visual stories, to increase engagement and brand awareness.
Create posts for Daily Dose’s retail store, focusing on promoting in-store offers, new arrivals, and campaigns.
2. Creative Projects & Agency Collaboration
Work closely with external creative and design agencies on various brand and marketing projects.
Contribute creative ideas, concepts, and visual directions for campaigns and product promotions.
Collaborate with agencies on layout refinements, creative mockups, and brand visuals to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Ensure seamless coordination between internal teams and agency partners for project execution.
3. Vendor Coordination & Print Production
Coordinate with print vendors for all marketing and retail collaterals, ensuring designs are executed with precision and quality.
Review proofs, supervise print runs when necessary, and ensure brand consistency across all materials.
Should have prior experience working with printers and an understanding of various printing techniques and finishes.
Maintain close attention to detail to ensure accurate color matching, layout precision, and final output quality.
4. Retail and In-Store Design
Create flyers, posters, banners, wobblers, shelf talkers, and other promotional materials for Daily Dose retail store.
Develop point-of-sale (POS) visuals that enhance customer engagement and communicate promotions effectively.
Design print materials such as menus, brochures, and event invitations for in-store activities.
5. Print Design and Marketing Collaterals
Design various print materials, including advertisements, catalogs, brochures, and presentation decks to support sales and marketing efforts.
Ensure all printed designs maintain premium visual standards and align with overall brand identity.
6. Brand Campaigns and Advertising
Ideate and develop creative concepts for advertising and promotional campaigns in coordination with the marketing and creative agencies.
Create compelling digital creatives, static and animated visuals, and layouts for ads, emailers, and promotional videos.
7. Collaboration and Consultation
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, audience insights, and campaign goals.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input that adds value to the project’s visual direction.
Work with agencies and external partners to ensure all creatives reflect brand tone and quality standards.
8. Consistent Brand Representation
Ensure all designs and communications remain consistent with My Wines and Spirits’ visual identity.
Regularly review and maintain design standards across all digital and print assets.
9. Ad Hoc Design Tasks
Handle ad hoc design requests from internal departments with accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain flexibility to manage urgent creative deliverables while upholding quality standards.

Timeline and Reporting
The Graphic Designer will report to the Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with the Brand and Creative teams.
Weekly review meetings to discuss progress, upcoming campaigns, and feedback.
Project timelines will be aligned with campaign launch schedules.
Evaluation Metrics
Creativity, originality, and visual impact of designs.
