Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Branding & Identity Design

• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms.
• Design company logos, business cards, letterheads, and other branding materials.
• Ensure all visual content aligns with the company’s brand guidelines.

2. Marketing & Promotional Material

• Create brochures, flyers, catalogs, and property presentations.
• Design billboards, hoardings, and signage for real estate projects.
• Develop high-quality ads for print media, magazines, and newspapers.

3. Digital & Social Media Graphics

• Design eye-catching social media posts, stories, and advertisements.
• Create motion graphics, GIFs, and animated banners for digital marketing.
• Develop email templates and newsletters to engage potential buyers.

4. Website & UI Design Support

• Assist in designing website layouts, landing pages, and digital banners.
• Optimize images and graphics for better website performance.
• Collaborate with the web development team for UI/UX enhancements.

5. Real Estate Project Visualizations

• Create floor plans, property renders, and architectural illustrations.
• Work with architects and 3D designers to develop project presentation materials.
• Enhance property walkthroughs and virtual tours with graphical elements.

6. Advertising & Motion Graphics

• Design banners, posters, and animated motion flyers for online campaigns.
• Create engaging video thumbnails and ad creatives for digital marketing.
• Edit short promotional videos using basic video editing skills.

7. Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with marketing, sales, and content teams to create impactful campaigns.
• Coordinate with printers, vendors, and agencies for high-quality print materials.
• Ensure timely delivery of all design assets for campaigns and promotions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
✅ Knowledge of motion graphics tools like Adobe After Effects (preferred).
✅ Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
✅ Experience in real estate marketing materials is a plus.
✅ Ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
✅ Strong creativity and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

• Master's (Preferred)

• CSS: 3 years (Preferred)
