HR Head - Female with Real Estate experience only

The main responsibilities for this role include partnering with managers to identify staffing needs, creating recruiting strategies based on business requirements, and developing job descriptions aligned with the organization's goals. You will be responsible for sourcing top tech talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, referrals, and advanced search techniques. In addition, you will be screening resumes, managing the recruitment life cycle, conducting interviews, maintaining candidate communication, and negotiating job offers. This role will involve hiring for all verticals, with a primary focus on non-tech positions. You will also be tasked with creating recruitment SOPs, setting up hiring processes, and developing programs to enhance employee relations and support. Furthermore, you will be responsible for conducting in-person and phone interviews, performing reference and background checks, making recommendations to hiring managers, coordinating interviews, and following up on the interview process status. Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and completing timely reports on employment activities are also part of the role. As a desired candidate, you should be a motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, adaptable in managing relationships with senior stakeholders, and comfortable in a dynamic atmosphere. Experience in online candidate sourcing, closing senior-level candidates, negotiating offer terms, and working with diverse teams is essential. A post-graduation in HR is preferred, along with a process-driven mindset, strong communication skills, and familiarity with modern recruiting channels and tools.
