Job Title: Graphic Designer Department: Creative / Design Industry: Offset Printing, Packaging, Branding & Advertising Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 1–2 Years (Freshers with strong portfolio may apply) Job Summary We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Offset Printing Press and Advertising Agency. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, practical knowledge of print production, and the ability to convert client requirements into visually appealing and print-ready designs. Key Responsibilities Design artwork for offset printing, digital printing, packaging, and branding materials Prepare print-ready files for: Brochures, flyers, leaflets, catalogs Business cards, letterheads, envelopes Posters, banners, hoardings, signage Packaging boxes, labels, stickers Work closely with sales, production, and printing teams Ensure designs meet printing standards, color accuracy, and bleed/margin requirements Modify designs as per client feedback and approval cycles Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines Maintain organized records of design files and versions Support branding and advertising campaigns with creative concepts Coordinate with vendors and production teams when required Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Adobe InDesign (CorelDRAW preferred for print industry) Strong understanding of: Offset printing processes CMYK color mode, spot colors, Pantone Bleed, trimming, die-lines, and print finishes Knowledge of packaging design is an advantage Basic understanding of branding and advertising concepts Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Good communication and coordination skills Educational Qualification Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field Relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education Experience Minimum 1–2 years experience in: Offset printing press Advertising agency Packaging or branding studio Interested candidates may send their resume and portfolio to: 📧 printnpackmayur@gmail.com 📞 +91-6371418822
