We're an optical retail brand that’s growing fast and building something people actually remember. Now, we need someone who can make sure the way we look is just as sharp as what we offer.

Here’s where you come in:

We’re looking for a full-time Brand Manager who’s also a hands-on Graphic Designer. Someone who can think like a marketer, design like a pro, and execute across the board—from concept to final delivery.

What you’ll actually do:

Own the visual identity of the brand—online and offline
Design creatives for social media, print, packaging, and store visuals
Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos (think Instagram Reels, product demos, testimonials)
Collaborate with e-commerce team to bring campaigns to life
Keep an eye on design trends, what our competitors are doing, and how we can stand out
Manage timelines and output like a pro—no chasing, no bottlenecks

What we’re looking for:

3+ years experience in branding and design, ideally in fashion, beauty, or retail
Strong graphic design skills—Adobe Suite, Canva, or whatever gets the job done
Confident editing and producing videos independently
Someone proactive—who spots what’s missing and makes it happen
A good eye, a fast hand, and a sharp mind

Nice to have:

Photography skills
Experience working in a consumer-facing brand
