Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, fast-thinking, and responsible Graphic Designer who also understands the dynamics of digital marketing. The candidate will manage day-to-day brand creatives, support campaign designs, coordinate with internal teams, and lead a small team of design & digital interns.

This is a hybrid role requiring design expertise + basic digital marketing knowledge + team coordination ability.

Key Responsibilities1. Creative & Graphic Design

• Design marketing creatives for ATL, BTL, digital campaigns, events & branding.
• Create digital assets including social media posts, reels thumbnails, banners, emailers, ads, GIFs, and campaign creatives.
• Develop layouts for hoardings, standees, brochures, pitch decks & event branding.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials.
• Deliver high-quality creatives under tight deadlines.

2. Digital Marketing Coordination

• Assist in planning content calendars for social media.
• Coordinate with the digital marketing team for campaign requirements.
• Understand basic ad formats for Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
• Provide creative inputs for digital growth campaigns.
• Monitor online posting schedules and ensure timely execution.

3. Team Coordination & Intern Leadership

• Guide and supervise a team of graphic design and digital marketing interns.
• Assign daily tasks, review work, maintain quality checks.
• Support interns with design best practices, brand guidelines & campaign strategy.
• Maintain workflow discipline and ensure timely delivery of all creative assets.
• Report team progress to HR and digital head.

4. Cross-Department Collaboration

• Work closely with the operations, sales, and client servicing teams for campaign execution.
• Understand client briefs and provide creative solutions accordingly.
• Coordinate with vendors for printing, fabrication & event branding needs.

Skills & RequirementsTechnical Skills

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, InDesign, and Canva.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Premier Pro / CapCut / After Effects – added advantage).
• Understanding of digital formats (Meta ads, Google ads, social creatives).
• Knowledge of print formats, resolutions & event branding sizes.

Work Schedule

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday

Office Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (45 min Lunch break)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
