Key Responsibilities

• Develop visual materials for marketing campaigns, websites, product interfaces, presentations, and social media.
• Collaborate closely with teams such as marketing, product management, and developers to ensure design consistency and commercial impact.
• Conceptualize and execute designs based on project briefs and requirements, utilizing both hand-drawn and digital techniques.
• Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all company communications and touchpoints.
• Present and refine design drafts based on feedback from stakeholders, adjusting layouts, color schemes, typography, and imagery to optimize outcomes.
• Prepare final production files for digital deployment or print, ensuring professional quality in all deliverables.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies, integrating best practices into design processes.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creativity and efficiency to meet tight deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related discipline (or comparable work experience).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in modern design standards and industry best practices.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with web design tools (such as Figma, Sketch, or similar platforms).
• Understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and branding.
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, and content management systems) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for presenting and discussing designs with non-design stakeholders.
• Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working collaboratively in dynamic, cross-functional team environmen
