About The Role
At Autocracy Machinery, we provide the opportunity to design, innovate, and produce visual content that supports marketing campaigns, product promotions, project showcases, and brand communication. You will work closely with the marketing manager, content writer, and video editor to create visually compelling assets that highlight our products, machinery solutions, and real-world project impact. This role requires expertise in digital design, branding, layout, and creative storytelling for multiple platforms.
Purpose
To produce high-quality, brand-consistent visual content that enhances Autocracy Machinery’s marketing campaigns, digital presence, and communications with clients, contractors, government stakeholders, and the community. Your work will help demonstrate product capabilities, illustrate project outcomes, and engage audiences across digital, print, and offline marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and produce visual content for marketing campaigns, product launches, project showcases, and social media initiatives
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager, Content Writer, and Video Editor to ensure design assets align with messaging, branding, and creative strategy
- Develop graphics for multiple channels including social media posts, website banners, brochures, infographics, presentations, email campaigns, and trade show materials
- Transform complex product and technical information into clear, visually engaging graphics
- Create layouts, illustrations, and motion graphics to enhance video content or digital campaigns
- Maintain consistency in brand style, tone, color schemes, and typography across all assets
- Provide creative input during campaign ideation and marketing planning sessions
- Review and finalize assets based on feedback from Marketing Manager and stakeholders
- Ensure all designs meet technical requirements for print, web, and digital platforms
- Maintain organized archives of design files, templates, and project assets for future reuse
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, software, and multimedia techniques to enhance creative output
- Assist in PR, influencer campaigns, and events with creative and visual assets as needed
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met
- Design and deliver creative visuals for marketing campaigns, digital ads, brochures, presentations, website pages, social media posts, and corporate communications
- Collaborate with content writers, video editors, and marketing managers to create integrated campaign assets
- Transform complex technical product details and project information into clear, engaging visual storytelling
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines, messaging, and creative strategy
- Develop templates, graphics, icons, illustrations, and infographics to support campaigns and digital content
- Assist in the creation of motion graphics and video overlays for multimedia projects
- Conduct quality checks for resolution, color consistency, typography, and final output
- Coordinate with external vendors, printers, or agencies for specialized design production
- Maintain organized libraries of design files, assets, and templates for future use
- Keep track of project timelines, revisions, and deliverables to ensure timely execution
