Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and create visually engaging designs for a wide range of print and digital assets, including but not limited to logos, brand identities, marketing collateral, social media graphics, website layouts, and email newsletters.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience, and translate them into effective design concepts and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain brand consistency and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and standards.
• Utilize graphic design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch) to design and produce high-quality, pixel-perfect graphics and layouts that meet project specifications and deadlines.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies, and incorporate innovative ideas and best practices into design projects to elevate visual impact and user experience.
• Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas, contribute to campaign strategies, and provide design support for marketing initiatives and promotions.
• Collaborate with web developers, copywriters, and other team members to integrate visual elements seamlessly into digital platforms and ensure optimal user engagement and interaction.
• Participate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain high-quality standards while meeting project deadlines and deliverables.
• Communicate and present design concepts, rationale, and solutions to internal stakeholders clearly and compellingly, incorporating feedback and making revisions as needed.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful design work across various mediums and platforms.
• Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas and concepts into visually compelling designs that resonate with the target audience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts, ideas, and feedback to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, with a passion for creating visually stunning and user-centric designs that enhance brand identity and user experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and meet project deadlines and deliverables.
• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and animation is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles is desirable but not required.
• A proactive attitude, a willingness to learn and grow, and a passion for creativity and innovation in design.
