Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team at Hare Krishna Gokul Kshetram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality visual content that aligns with our spiritual, cultural, and organizational values.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging creatives for social media, website, presentations, event promotions, and printed materials.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Communications, and Events teams to create visually appealing campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
• Work on a wide range of projects, including brochures, banners, infographics, newsletters, product packaging, and signage.
• Create digital assets such as ads, reels graphics, email templates, and multimedia content.
• Edit and enhance images and videos to meet quality standards.
• Stay updated on design trends and suggest creative ideas for campaigns and promotions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects).
• Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or other collaborative design tools is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics.
• Creative Skills:
• Strong sense of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Ability to translate ideas into visually appealing and meaningful designs.
• Good storytelling and conceptual thinking skills.
• Professional Competencies:
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Time management and project coordination skills.
• Understanding of spiritual/cultural sensibilities is preferred.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in marketing, media, or event-driven environments.
• Portfolio of previous work demonstrating creative and technical expertise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
