Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts for various projects.
• Create visually engaging designs for print, digital, and multimedia platforms, including but not limited to advertisements, brochures, social media content, and website graphics.
• Produce high-quality illustrations, icons, and other graphic elements to enhance brand identity and communication.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure designs are modern, relevant, and effective.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand project requirements and provide creative solutions.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer creative ideas and insights to drive innovation and excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and other design fundamentals.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs accordingly.
• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design is a plus.
