Responsibilities

• Creative Design
• Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for digital and print materials.
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual brand identity across all platforms.
• Targeted Audience Understanding
• Research and understand our target audience to create designs that resonate with their preferences.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure design aligns with marketing goals.
• Content Creation
• Generate engaging visual content for social media, website, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
• Design YouTube thumbnails, social media posts, and promotional materials tailored for each platform.
• Adaptability
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry standards.
• Quickly adapt to feedback and make revisions as needed.
• Collaboration
• Work closely with teams across marketing, product development, and sales to align designs with company objectives.
• Design graphics for YouTube videos in collaboration with content creators.
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized design needs.

Qualifications

• Experience
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio, including YouTube thumbnails and social media posts.
• Technical Skills
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with multimedia design and video editing tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media graphic creation and YouTube thumbnail tools.
• Creativity and Innovation
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think outside the box and bring innovative ideas to the table.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
