Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer located in Gurugram. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. Day-to-day tasks include developing graphics for print design, emailers, branding, logos, social media posts, motion graphics, product illustrations, and possibly websites, using software to create images and designs, selecting colors, fonts, images, and layouts, and incorporating changes recommended by clients or art directors into final designs. It is okay to apply if you do not have all the skills mentioned above but are excellent in some.

Qualifications

• Graphics and Graphic Design skills
• Logo Design and Branding skills
• Typography skills
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field

Experience

• Ideally 2-4 years in an advertising agency, design agency or a company with a wide portfolio.
• Agency work normally requires fast development and finalization of designs due to limited time given by the client.
• Should have a good commany over the English language to understand written or verbal briefs and to create error free designs in (copy).
• An aptitude and interest in researching trends in design, typography and color would be highly valued.
