Malkin is a women-founder growth platform based in Gurgaon. We run weekly SheBuild bootcamps, in-house BrandLab builds, and a 6-month Residency where founders work alongside our core team.

Role Summary:
The Graphic Designer creates impactful branding assets, social media creatives, and packaging designs that ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design branding elements, digital creatives, print materials, and packaging.
• Maintain visual consistency across all platforms.
• Collaborate with the Content Writer and Video Editor for unified messaging.
• Upload and manage creative assets in shared drives/project management tools.

Qualifications:

• Strong portfolio showcasing branding and digital design work.
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva Pro.
• Ability to adapt designs to multiple formats and platforms.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of modern AI-assisted development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Standard: Tue–Sat, 10:00–19:00 IST (Asia/Kolkata).
• Occasional Mon/Sat evening support during cohort weeks and office tours (comp-offs provided).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• DLF Ph-II, Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• English (Preferred)
